Account Deletion

You can delete your LokaLinc account at any time directly from the app.

Delete your account in the app

• Go to Personal Details in your profile
• Select Delete Account
• Confirm your request

What happens after you request deletion:

• Your account will be scheduled for deletion
• Your personal data (such as name and email) will be removed
• Your posts, messages, and other content may be deleted or anonymized
• Your account will be permanently deleted after 7 days

Data retention

Certain information may be retained if required for legal or security purposes.

Alternative: Request via Email

If you are unable to access your account, you can still request deletion via email.

To request account deletion:

• Send an email to support@lokalinc.de
• Use the subject: “Account Deletion Request”
• Include your registered email address

Processing time

Email requests are typically processed within 7 working days.
